Blog Post #3

The title of my book is No Way Out by Peggy Kern. The conflict is that Harold grandma needs help around the house. So Harold goes and gets a job at the neighborhood market. But the neighborhood drug dealer is trying too convince Harold that working with him will get him more money than working at the neighborhood market. So Harold goes along and works with londell who is the neighborhood drug dealer. But after a while Harold doesn't want to work for londell anymore so he tried to tell londell that he doesn't want to work for him anymore but londell says that that he can't quit. So Harold goes home. He is a quote from the story when Harold tries to quit working for  Londell "Where you think you're going. Londell growled...... Please! Harold cried, he tried to pull away, ill pay back."

I am currently reading the book No Way Out by Peggy Kern. The main charter in this book is Harold. Harold is a bit in middle school. He lives with his grandmother. He grandma is currently injured because she slipped on ice. Now Harold is taking care of his grandma. Harold is really caring and he shows a lot empathy. In the story ( pg: 39) Harolds friends ask him to come to the wrestling match to watch but instead Harold says no because he wants to go home and check and make sure his grandma is okay and doesn't need help with anything.
